I think that in the case where an account that was included in BK CH 7 is being reported by a Credit Agency as a collection, I would go after the CRA's.
You can do it too! The best advice I ever got for all of this is to just be persistant and keep going. Try a different tack, attack a different part of the TL, write to a different CRA address...keep going! Something WILL work.
